Returns & Exchanges We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item received is different from what was ordered
Any return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Products showing signs of wear, scratches, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products damaged due to improper handling or usage
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery pieces
- Products altered according to customer requirements
- Items purchased during special sale or discount offers (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Damaged or Wrong Product Received If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will inspect the issue and provide a suitable resolution
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or
- Store credit or refund, as applicable
Refund Process Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the product is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipping Charges for Returns
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Gahane Jewellery will assist with the return process
- For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays

- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order details, and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name
- Complete shipping address
- Correct PIN code
- Active phone number
Gahane Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather disruptions, courier delays, government restrictions, or incorrect address information. In case of an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your order.
