Returns & Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item received is different from what was ordered.

Any return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, scratches, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products damaged due to improper handling or usage.
• Custom-made or personalised jewellery pieces.
• Products altered according to customer requirements.
• Items purchased during special sale/discount offers (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
3. Our team will inspect the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

After verification, we may offer:

• Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or
• Store credit/refund as applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges for Returns

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Gahane Jewellery will assist with the return process.
• For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order details.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

• Complete shipping address
• Correct PIN code
• Active phone number

Gahane Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
