REFUND & CANCELLATION
Please be aware that an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as we operate on an order-based production system. All refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 working days.
RETURN POLICY
We will only accept returns in the case of a damaged or incorrect shipment (if a different product has been shipped). The return shipment must reach the communicated return address within 72 hours.

If the polish tarnishes, we offer free polish and installation within one year from the date of purchase

SHIPPING POLICY

Since we make all products on an order basis it takes a total one month from the date of advance to ship any product
