Our pieces are Hand Crafted with care, using fine silver and, in selected designs, gold plating. With a little attention, your jewellery will retain its beauty and lustre for years. Please follow the guidance below.

General Care Tips

  • Put jewellery on after applying perfume, lotion, makeup, or hair products. Chemicals can dull the surface and affect plating.
  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or doing household work.
  • Avoid contact with water, sweat, chlorine, salt water, and harsh cleaning agents.
  • Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or the original box to prevent scratches and tangling.
  • Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight and humid areas such as bathrooms.

Silver Jewellery Care

Silver can naturally develop a soft tarnish over time when exposed to air and moisture. This is normal and does not mean the piece is damaged.

To clean silver jewellery:

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre or jewellery cloth after every wear.
  • For light tarnish, use a silver polishing cloth designed for jewellery.
  • You may use a mild silver cleaning solution if needed always follow the product instructions and rinse thoroughly with clean water, then dry completely.
  • Avoid abrasive powders, toothpaste, or hard brushes, as these can scratch the surface.

Storage tip: Store silver pieces in an airtight pouch or box with an anti-tarnish strip if available.

Gold-Plated Jewellery Care

Some of our designs feature gold plating over silver. The plating is delicate and requires gentle handling to preserve its finish.

To care for gold-plated pieces:

  • Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and moisture.
  • Do not use silver polish, chemical cleaners, or ultrasonic cleaners on gold-plated jewellery these can remove or damage the plating.
  • Avoid rubbing the surface vigorously.
  • Keep away from water, perfume, and chemicals as much as possible.
  • Store separately and avoid stacking with other jewellery.

With proper care, gold plating will maintain its appearance for a long time. Over years of regular wear, plating may naturally thin in high-friction areas; this is expected and not a manufacturing defect.
